Background: Amy was a three year starter who scored over 700 points at Holy Name High School. She started all 98 games in her four year career at Millersville University. During her sophomore year, Millersville advanced to the AIAW Division 3 Final Four. Amy was named First Team All-PSAC her junior and senior years. She was honored as an All-PSAC Kodak District 3 All-American, and was named to the Fast Break All-American and All-Middle Atlantic teams her senior year. Amy scored 1,299 points which is 10th all-time at Millersville and is ranked high in many other statistical categories. In 2000, she was elected to the Millersville University Sports Hall of Fame and in 2009 she was recognized as one of their 45 Greatest Women’s Basketball players in recognition of Millersville’s 75 years of Women’s Basketball. She is a member of the Holy Name High School Hall of Fame.
