Background: Keith is the leading scorer in Conrad Weiser High School history with 2,221 points which is third all-time in Berks County. He had a career scoring average of 28.1 PPG and a season high of 29.2 PPG in 1977. He was a three time First Team All-Berks selection in 1976, 1977, and 1978. Keith was the Berks County Player of the Year in 1978. He was a three year starter at Albright College from 1981-1983. He won the Ron Regar Award at Albright as their most outstanding player in 1982. Keith is one of the greatest pure shooters in Berks County history who played before the advent of the 3 point shot. He was inducted into the Berks County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in 2012.
