Background: Meredith was an outstanding high school player who scored 1,323 points. She was a two–time All-Berks County selection. She was the County’s leading scorer her senior year and was named the County’s Most Outstanding Player. Meredith earned a full scholarship to Division I Manhattan College where she was four-year starter. She scored 1,125 points and she was named an Academic All-American. She played professionally in Europe for three years and she played semi-pro basketball for two years for the New Philadelphia Syrens. Meredith coached locally at Kutztown, Governor Mifflin, and Conrad Weiser. She is a member of the Kutztown High School Sports Hall of Fame.
